The training has a strong focus on defense with weapons (including the practical and tactical use of weapons), as well as defense against all possible armed and unarmed attacks against one or more opponents. This includes unarmed combat, armed combat and the practical use of weapons (short and long weapons, knives, sticks, telescopic batons, belts, pepper spray and improvised weapons). The central aim of the training is to gain control over the opponent (situation) alone or in a team.
 
In our interactive online training (1 hour) you will learn important basics, from striking and defense techniques, weapon handling, weapon protection to strategies for close combat. 
The interactive training has two important advantages:
