Best practice techniques mean that everything you learn is based on a system that has proven itself in prisons and police units. We help you combine your requirements with our system to find the perfect solution for your desired application and deployment. Proportionality, a short training period, and easy learning steps were important cornerstones in the development of our system.

QUALIFICATION AND CERTIFICATION

Admission to the SAMI Instructor family is a two-step process, and it is important to understand that completing one of our instructor courses does not automatically entitle you to teach or train others as a SAMI International Affiliate under the SAMI brand name.

STEP 1: QUALIFICATION

This is the purpose of this course, and upon completion of all required tasks and successful passing of the final exam, you will have obtained the technical qualification necessary to become certified as a SAMI Instructor and SAMI International Affiliate.

An individual qualification is defined for a specific system at a specific level. For example: SAMI-X Pro Level 1 Instructor Candidate

STEP 2: CERTIFICATION

In order to teach or train others commercially and professionally using SAMI techniques, concepts, training methods, training materials, logos, SAMI brand names, etc., you must be certified and licensed as a SAMI International Partner.

A SAMI instructor license costs €250.00 and must be renewed annually. If your SAMI instructor license expires and becomes inactive, you are no longer certified to teach as a SAMI International Partner or use SAMI teaching materials.

While the qualification is defined for a single system and a single level, a single active certification covers all your qualifications. For example: If you are qualified as an instructor for Knife Concept, Axe Concept, and Defender, you only need one active SAMI instructor license.

You can also attend our courses and seminars without taking an exam or with the aim of becoming a certified SAMI instructor. You will then receive a student diploma or a certificate of attendance.

Cancellation policy: in case of illness – with a doctor's note – 100% of the costs will be refunded.

For other cancellations, we charge 50% of the participation fee from 4 weeks before the date, 80% from 2 weeks before, and 100% from 1 day before.
