SDS-Concept | Module 1 – Maximum Effect with Minimal Means
The SDS-Concept works with what you already carry: a pen, a bottle, a phone, a bag. Instead of special weapons, it teaches seven defined grips, clear usage positions and the twelve attacking angles — a small set of transferable principles that survive stress. Module 1 is a complete, teachable foundation: object handling, block drills, striking with objects, releases from grabs and chokes, plus two full instructor modules.
