Sinawali Training with Partner

Learn the fundamentals of stick fighting with an emphasis on angle 2 attacks. This session begins with basic slashing and stop-strike variations while integrating checking hand mechanics and guard switching. You'll practice a single sinawali partner drill using a 1–2–check pattern to enhance timing, rhythm, and distance management, all while focusing on safe application for self-defense.

The training progresses to techniques such as diagonal double-block structures with palm checks, immediate counter-strikes, and options for positional control. You'll also cover weapon-arm control, disarms utilizing elbow leverage, and follow-up striking combinations. This content is designed for beginners in Filipino Martial Arts and those new to stick fighting, providing essential skills for street-oriented self-defense scenarios.
