Advanced Training

You will see different approaches that help you recognize underlying principles and apply them to similar situations. The goal is to develop a better sense of flow and improve your decision-making during training.

This training requires a partner. You should also use a proper training knife (no live or sharp blades) to practice the material in a realistic but safe way.

Important training guidelines:

- Train slowly and with control

- Focus on clean execution, not speed

- Increase intensity only when movements are stable

- Communicate clearly with your partner

- Maintain safety and awareness at all times

This guided training provides a practical introduction and supplement. For a more structured and in-depth progression, the membership includes additional programs, drills, and training concepts.
