SAMI-X Krav Maga Intensive Course

SAMI-X KRAV MAGA - 3 Days intensive seminar

Effective. Direct. Realistic.

Why SAMI-X KRAV MAGA?

Three clear reasons:

1️⃣ It teaches you to react quickly and correctly to any form of aggression

2️⃣ It is easy to learn - regardless of age, previous experience or fitness level

3️⃣ It uses your natural reflexes - and makes them effective

SAMI-X Krav Maga is one of the most efficient self-defense systems in the world. Developed on the basis of military close combat techniques, the main goal is to survive conflicts and escape - as quickly as possible.

But self-defense does not begin with the first blow. De-escalation, danger recognition and prevention are an integral part of the training.

What you can expect:

• Natural, effective movement patterns

• Defense against a wide variety of attacks (punches, grabs, threats, etc.)

• Tactical behavior in stressful situations

• Training fighting spirit and mental stability

• Scenario training for emergencies

• Intense physical exertion - and therefore top fitness as a side effect

Who is this seminar suitable for?

For anyone who wants to improve their ability to react in dangerous situations - whether beginner or advanced.

SAMI-X Krav Maga is direct, dynamic and realistic - you don't need any previous experience, but you do need to be prepared to push yourself to your limits.

SAMI-X Krav Maga - because you don't have time to react in a complicated way.
