SAMI proudly presents the first SAMI Training Center in the United States of America!
Robert Nichols has owned Union UTA Martial Arts in Union NJ for well over 19 years. He holds black belts in multiple martial arts disciplines as well is a multiple time inductee to the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame. Residing in New Jersey with his wife and daughter, he is passionate about teaching and is honored with being the 1st SAMI Training Center in America. Under the training and partnership with the SAMI founders Peter Weckauf and Irmengard Hanzal-Weckauf he currently teaches the SAMI Knife Fighting Concept, Panatukan Concept, Tomahawk Fighting Concept, SAMI-X Pro for law enforcement and EBC Concept.

SAMI-X PRO
SAMI-X PRO (Professional) is focused on improving defensive and offensive skills of (armed) operational forces. Training is oriented to armed defense and defense against armed or unarmed attacks by single or multiple aggressors.

EBC (Expandable Baton Concept) provides new answers to many topics as well as adapted training concepts for practical use. We start where there are problems. From optimizing daily work processes to training extreme situations, we adapt our techniques and concepts to requirements, proportionality and the legal situation especially for professionals in law enforcement.
