SAMI-X newsletters keep you informed about new content, training tips, upcoming events, and community updates. You can subscribe to different newsletters and customize what you receive.

Subscribing to a Newsletter

There are several ways to subscribe:

After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the confirmation link to activate your subscription. This double opt-in process ensures your email address is valid and that you genuinely want to receive our emails.

Changing Your Preferences

You can customize which types of newsletter content you receive:

• Training Tips — technique breakdowns, training advice, and practice ideas
• Product Updates — new features, platform improvements, and announcements
• Events & Seminars — upcoming seminars, workshops, and live training sessions
• Special Offers — exclusive deals and promotions

You can unsubscribe at any time through two methods:

From an Email

Every newsletter includes an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to immediately unsubscribe. You will see a confirmation page where you can optionally provide feedback.

From Your Account

After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive newsletters. You can resubscribe at any time by following the subscription steps above.

Center Newsletters

If you are a member of a SAMI center, your center may send its own newsletters about local training schedules, events, and announcements. These are separate from the global SAMI-X newsletter.

• Center newsletters are managed independently
• You can unsubscribe from a center newsletter without affecting your global subscription
• Contact your center administrator if you have questions about center-specific emails

Tips

• Check your spam folder if you are not receiving newsletters after subscribing
• Add noreply@sami-x.com to your contacts to ensure delivery
• Use the preference settings to only receive content you care about
• The confirmation email expires after 48 hours — request a new one if needed
