Payment Methods

SAMI-X accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • SEPA Direct Debit (EU)

Managing Your Subscription

View Your Subscription

  • Go to AccountMembership
  • View your current plan and billing cycle
  • See your next billing date

  • Update Payment Method

  • Go to AccountMembership
  • Click Manage Subscription
  • Select Update Payment Method
  • Enter your new payment details

  • Download Invoices

  • Go to AccountMembership
  • Click Billing History
  • Download invoices as PDF

  • Billing Cycles

    Subscriptions are billed:

    • Monthly: Charged on the same date each month
    • Yearly: Charged once per year (save up to 20%)
    Switch to yearly billing to save money! You can change your billing cycle in your account settings.

    Cancellation

    How to Cancel

  • Go to AccountMembership
  • Click Manage Subscription
  • Select Cancel Subscription
  • Confirm cancellation

  • What Happens After Cancellation

    • You keep access until the end of your billing period
    • Your progress and data are preserved
    • You can resubscribe at any time
    Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

    Refund Policy

    • Within 14 days: Full refund available for first-time subscribers
    • After 14 days: No refunds for subscription fees
    • In-app purchases: Subject to App Store/Google Play policies

    Troubleshooting

    Payment Failed

    If your payment fails:

  • Check your card details are correct
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available
  • Contact your bank if the issue persists
  • Try a different payment method

  • Subscription Not Active

    If your subscription isn't showing as active:

  • Log out and log back in
  • Check your email for payment confirmation
  • Contact support if the issue persists
