Courses, the Full Membership, the Single Membership Panantukan, SAMI International, the instructor license and seminar tickets are paid for through our payment provider Stripe: after you click the buy button, you are taken to Stripe's secure payment page. Your card details never reach SAMI-X.
The payment page shows which payment methods are available to you; this depends on your country and currency. You also enter discount and voucher codes there.
Your account is created when you pay
You can buy courses and memberships without signing in. We then create your SAMI-X account from the email address you enter when paying and send a login link to that address. If there is already an account for that address, the purchase is added to that account.
If you already have an account, sign in before buying — or use exactly the email address of your account when paying. A different address creates a second account, and the purchase lands there.
Confirm
Before paying, the payment page shows the product, the price and, for subscriptions, the billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
After buying
After paying you return to SAMI-X. If you were signed in, you continue where you bought. Without signing in, the confirmation page shows the next steps: open the login link in the email, set up your profile, get started. Your purchase is usually unlocked within a few seconds; the page checks by itself. Receipt and invoice arrive by email.
Special cases
- Course already owned: If you're signed in, the course page shows access to the course instead of the buy button.
- Already a member: There is no second subscription of the same membership. To switch from the Single Membership Panantukan to the Full Membership, go to Membership and choose Switch to Full Membership; the remaining amount of the current period is credited.
- Unlocking takes longer: Your payment is safe. If nothing changes after a few minutes, email us at online@sami-x.com.
