Ordering from the shop

Overview

The shop carries SAMI-X gear and clothing: t-shirts, trousers, hoodies,

training weapons, hand protection and accessories. In the app you reach it via Menu → Shop.

It stocks physical items only, shipped to you. Digital content — courses,

videos, memberships — does not go through the shop; you get those through your
membership in the app.

Ordering

1. Pick a product

Tap a product for details, more images and the description. Clothing asks for a

size, training weapons for a colour or model.
Sold-out variants are struck through. You can still tap them to see what is
missing — they just cannot be bought.

When stock is low, "Only X left" appears next to the quantity. You cannot

add more than that to the cart.

2. Add to cart

Add to cart lets you collect several items and pay once at the end, which
saves you a second shipping fee. The cart survives closing the app.

The cart icon at the top right of the shop shows how many items are in it. That

is also where you change quantities or remove lines.

For a single item, the lightning icon next to the cart button takes you

straight to checkout.

3. Pay

Checkout opens inside the app. Your email is pre-filled when you are signed in.

Payment runs through the usual methods — card, PayPal, Klarna and others,
depending on your country.

If payment opens another app (PayPal, for instance), you return automatically

afterwards. After ordering you see the confirmation with your order number —
keep it for any follow-up.

Prices and currency

Prices and language follow your app and device settings. Switching the app

language reloads the shop in that language.

Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout, because they depend on the

destination country.

Shipping

Shipping cost depends on destination and weight. The full breakdown is on every

product page under Shipping:

Austria — free above a certain order value
EU — by weight, also with a free-shipping threshold
Worldwide — by weight

SIRT training weapons ship under special rules; the note is right there in
the shipping section.

Returns and withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal applies. Full terms and the withdrawal policy

are linked on every product page under Terms & withdrawal policy.

Common questions

My size cannot be selected.
It is sold out for now. Stock updates continuously — pull the product list down
to refresh it.
The price in my cart changed.
The item was repriced after you added it. The line is marked Price updated;
the current price always applies.
An item in my cart is unavailable.
The line is marked No longer available and skipped at checkout. Remove it,
or add the product again in a different variant.
Where do I see my orders?
The confirmation arrives by email. There is no order history in the app yet —
for questions about an order, contact support with your order number.
I cannot find courses or memberships in the shop.
That is by design: the shop carries physical items only. Courses and
memberships are purchased directly in the app.
