What it is about
Seated, belted, boxed in — and half your tools gone.
A car changes everything about a confrontation: you are seated, belted, boxed in, and half your tools are gone. This course works through exactly that setting — safety habits before anything happens, the few techniques that function in a confined space, attacks in front of the vehicle, attacks reaching in through the window, and training ideas you can practise in and around your own car.
What you learn
What you will be able to do.
- Enhanced Situational AwarenessDevelop a keen sense of awareness regarding your surroundings, enabling you to identify potential threats before they escalate, ensuring your safety both inside and outside your vehicle.
- Confidence in CrisisBuild mental resilience and confidence to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, transforming anxiety into assertive action when faced with threats.
- Community Support NetworkJoin a community of like-minded individuals who share your passion for self-defense, providing ongoing support, encouragement, and opportunities for practice and growth.
Who it is for
Who the course is for.
- You spend a lot of time in the carCommuting, driving at night, parking in unfamiliar places — the course covers the habits and responses that fit those situations.
- You want something you can actually practiseA full chapter is devoted to training ideas you can run in and around a parked car, without special equipment.
- You want to handle it without weaponsEverything here works unarmed, from de-escalation through the universal cover to assertive responses when talking is over.
Not the right course if …
- You are looking for a full self-defense curriculum — this is a focused course on one specific setting.
- You want tactical driving or evasive manoeuvres — the subject here is what happens when the car has already stopped.
