SELF-DEFENSE HOLIDAY CAMP for KIDS from August 3rd to 7th, 2026 at SAMI Floridsdorf in 1210 Vienna :)

SAMI Holiday Camp for all kids between 7 and 13 years!

Lots of play, fun, Krav Maga self-defense training, and outdoor activities are planned!

Care hours from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, core hours 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Warm lunch and drinks are included.

The holiday camp is suitable for beginners and advanced students alike!

Supervision is provided by trained Kids Krav Maga instructors and educators.

Clothing should be simple sportswear suitable for training, preferably barefoot, and something to change into that is appropriate for the weather, as we will often go outside. Please bring swimwear for any swimming excursions.

General Terms and Conditions (AGB) – SAMI Holiday Camps

As of: March 2026

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all registrations and participation in the holiday camps for children and adolescents organized by SAMI Vienna. By registering, the guardians acknowledge these conditions as binding.

2. Registration & Payment

Registration is done online or in writing and is binding. Payment of the camp fee must be made within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. Only after payment is received is the spot definitively reserved.

3. Withdrawal & Cancellation Conditions

The SAMI holiday camps are services in accordance with § 18 Abs 1 Z 10 FAGG, provided in connection with leisure activities and held at a specific time or within a precisely specified period. Therefore, you do not have a 14-day right of withdrawal after the online contract conclusion according to the FAGG (§ 18 Abs 1 Z 10).

A withdrawal or cancellation from the contract is possible under the following conditions: Withdrawal from the registration is possible in writing. In case of illness with a medical certificate, costs will be refunded 100%.

For other cancellations, the following cancellation conditions apply:

·         • Up to 4 weeks before the date: free withdrawal possible

·         • From 4 weeks before the date: 50% of the participation fee

·         • From 2 weeks before the date: 80% of the participation fee

·         • From 1 day before the start or no-show: 100% of the participation fee

No refund is possible in case of withdrawal from the camp by the participant. A rebooking is possible after consultation, provided there are free spots available.

4. Program Changes & Cancellation

SAMI Vienna reserves the right to adjust the program at short notice or cancel the camp in case of unforeseen events (e.g., illness of instructors, weather conditions, force majeure). In this case, a full refund will be made.

5. Liability & Insurance

Participation in the camp is at your own risk. SAMI Vienna assumes no liability for damages or injuries caused by improper use of the infrastructure, willful behavior, or disregard of the instructions of the supervisory staff.

Guardians confirm with the registration that the child is insured and physically and mentally capable of meeting the demands of the camp.

SAMI Vienna assumes no liability for personal belongings of the participants.

6. Data Protection

The data provided during registration will be used exclusively for the organization and implementation of the camp. Photos and videos taken during the camp may be used for internal documentation and public relations (website, social media). An objection can be made in writing at any time.

7. Miscellaneous

If any individual provisions of these AGB are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
