What it's about
This "FSD" is an important attack drill against all kinds of reverse grip attacks. Both partners benefit from this form of exercise. The "feeder" learns to attack better and with more finesse and the "receiver" learns to react better to attacks.
You learn different blocks, techniques to forward and also to block the arm, as well as to counter them.
