About SAMI EBC

SAMICS new series of courses offers the possibility for professional instructor training in use of the Expandable Baton (EBC). The program features a modular 6-step training system targeting operative forces, law enforcement agencies, security services, and interested civilians.

The program covers development of both defensive and offensive techniques. Each module is self-contained, with Module 1 serving as the mandatory foundation for advanced training. The approach prioritizes safe, proportional, and effective deployment — more control, less striking.

Over 90 documented prison operations with zero injuries demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach.
