Last updated 24/10/2026

Contacting Support

SAMI-X offers multiple ways to get help when you need it.

Support Request in Your Account

If you're signed in, a support request is the direct way to reach us:

  1. Open New Request — or, in the profile menu, Help & Support › Support and then New Request
  2. Fill in a subject, choose a category, and describe your issue
  3. Click Submit Request

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Without an Account

If you don't have an account or can't get into it, email us at online@sami-x.com. All ways to reach us are also listed on the Contact page.

Viewing Your Tickets

You can view all your support tickets at any time:

  1. In the profile menu, open Help & Support › Support (or go straight to Support)
  2. You'll see a list of all your open and past tickets
  3. Click on any ticket to view the full conversation
  4. Unread replies are marked with a badge

Replying to Support Emails

When our team responds to your ticket, you'll receive an email notification. You can reply in two ways:

  • Reply directly to the email — your response will automatically be added to the ticket conversation
  • Reply in the app — click "View Conversation" in the email to open the ticket in SAMI-X
Tip

Replying to the email is the fastest way to respond — no need to log in to the app.

Ticket Statuses

Your tickets can have the following statuses:

StatusMeaning
OpenYour ticket has been received and is waiting for a response
In ProgressOur team is actively working on your issue
Awaiting ReplyWe've responded and are waiting for your input
ResolvedThe issue has been resolved
ClosedThe ticket has been closed
Note

If you reply to a resolved or closed ticket, it will automatically reopen so our team can follow up.

Tips for Faster Support

  • Be specific — include details like what page you were on, what you clicked, and what happened
  • Choose the right category — this helps us route your request to the right team member
  • Include screenshots — if something looks wrong, a screenshot helps us understand the issue quickly
