Redeem the code
You received an 8-character code, for example 7KQ4-M2XD — by email, on a gift card or as a link.
On the web: Open the link from the email or go to sami-x.com/geschenk/einloesen and enter the code. Sign in or create an account — it takes a minute. Then Redeem now.
In the app: Menu › Redeem gift, enter the code, redeem.
The hyphen does not matter, neither does upper or lower case. The characters 0, O, 1 and I never appear in codes.
What you get
- Membership: The duration starts when you redeem and ends by itself after the gifted months. No subscription, no cost to you. Seven days before the end you get an email — you then decide whether to continue with your own subscription. If you do nothing, the membership simply ends.
- Online course: The course is yours for good from the moment you redeem, in the app and on the web.
You are already a member
If you already have a subscription of the same or a higher tier, the gift waits and starts automatically as soon as your subscription ends. Redeem the code now anyway — then it is kept for later. If you do not want to pay twice, cancel your subscription; it runs until the end of the period, then the gift takes over.
You already own the course
If you already bought the gifted course, you can choose another course that costs the same or less when redeeming — or pass the code on.
The code does not work
- Code not found: Check the spelling — 8 characters, hyphen optional.
- Already redeemed: Every code works once. If that was not you, write to online@sami-x.com.
- Expired: Codes are valid for three years from purchase.
- Not released yet: With SEPA direct debit the code only works once the money has arrived.
You find all redeemed gifts on the web under Account › Gifts and in the app under Menu › My gifts.
