The structure of SAMI-X PRO with its components, dates and the enquiry form are on the page For authorities.

How long does a training or course last?

SAMI-X PRO has different formats that can be chosen depending on the needs of users. Authority seminars typically run as one-day sessions, training series for special professional groups run over several days, short workshops of 2-4 hours covering a specific topic, and intensive training courses that typically run over 3 days with a total of approximately 18.5 hours. To become truly proficient and continually improve in the application of techniques, it is recommended to participate in an intensive seminar once a year.

What costs should one expect?

Costs vary depending on the duration of the respective training. We strive to accommodate government employees with a reduction of approximately -20% from our usual prices. Training seminars in a 3-day format currently cost €440 full price (as of May 2024 — subject to change).

Can individual groups or teams be trained?

SAMI-X PRO is an adaptable system that can be individually tailored to the needs of individual professional groups or teams. Upon request, we will clarify with you together which training, in what scope, and on which topics best suits your needs.

Can whole teams be trained for professional groups?

Can non-authorities also learn SAMI-X PRO?

Yes, of course. For non-governmental teams and clients, we have developed training and education that takes non-governmental requirements and tasks into account. Training content, methods, strategies, and concepts are precisely tailored to the respective target group.

Is there online support for authorities?

Yes, we are particularly proud of this! From our many years of experience, we have developed a comprehensive online support system for authorities. Over the last 10 years, we have created a way to depict all techniques and content in video form to support operational trainers. Furthermore, existing deployment techniques can also be integrated. The content is individually depicted and structured according to needs and requirements. Access to these resources is exclusively secured for operational trainers or officers of the respective authority. A great advantage of this system is the ability to access the content anywhere and immediately, enabling flexible and effective support for authorities.
